Hi, I'm Elise! I'm a Triangle native, a licensed REALTOR®, and a proud NC State alumna. For the past four years, I've helped people navigate real estate with thoughtful guidance, steady communication, and close attention to every detail.
Becoming a mom gave me a fresh perspective on where my strengths could make the biggest difference. I genuinely love the behind-the-scenes work—the checklists, deadlines, documents, and follow-ups that keep a transaction moving smoothly.

Send your offer terms, and I’ll prepare the offer forms and agent-selected addenda for your review. Requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. $100 is due upon completion.
Offer form preparation plus full buyer-side coordination. Pay $100 when the offer forms are complete, a $100 C2C retainer when the file is opened, and the remaining $200 at closing. Includes a $50 discount on C2C.
Complete coordination from executed contract through closing. Deadlines, documents, and follow-ups stay organized so you can focus on your clients. Pay a $100 retainer when the file is opened and $250 at closing.
